Return Process

Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery if there is an issue with your order, including your order number and clear photos of the items.
- 2.Validation Process
Our quality assurance team will review your claim to ensure it meets our freshness and safety standards for a refund or exchange.
- 3.Dispose or Return
Depending on the product type, we will advise whether to safely dispose of the item or return it to our facility using a prepaid shipping label provided by us.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, a replacement will be shipped immediately, or a full refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
